Green Goddess Cashew Dip

This dip is seriously the life of every party spread and a consistent "favorite" for many of our clients that use our meal plans. The best part about this super tasty and healthy dip - it's ready in no more than 5 minutes! You can vary the herbs and try cilantro, mint, dill, etc to mix things up with this dairy free Goddess dip.


  • 1/2 cup cashews, soaked 30 minutes

  • 2/3 cup nut milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 cup basil leaves

  • 1 cup parsley

  • 5 tbsps fresh lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 cup red onion

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • Variety of veggies to serve with - beets, kohlrabi and jicama are my faves


Add the soaked cashews, almond milk, basil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and salt to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until creamy - about 2 minutes. Adjust seasonings as needed. For a thicker dip use less nut milk.
